Healthcare OperationS
Pizoomi helps independent medical practices find operational friction, understand what matters, and know what to address next.
Find the friction.
Operational clarity for independent medical practices.
What We Do
Independent medical practices run on tight schedules and limited capacity. When workflows break down, handoffs get missed, or technology creates more work than it saves, small inefficiencies accumulate across the practice.
Pizoomi works with practice leaders to identify where that friction occurs and understand what is causing it. Through structured observation, workflow analysis, stakeholder input, and operational evidence, we build a clear picture of how work actually moves through your practice — and where improvement matters most.
The Operational Assessment
The Pizoomi Operational Assessment is a focused engagement that examines how work actually moves through your practice. We combine operational data, stakeholder input, and on-site observation to identify friction, understand its impact, and determine what deserves attention first.
We begin by learning about your practice, your goals, and the challenges your team is experiencing. We also review the information needed to prepare for the assessment.
On site, we observe how work actually moves through the practice, speak with the people doing it, and capture workflows, handoffs, delays, and workarounds.
We bring the evidence together to identify patterns, distinguish isolated problems from recurring friction, and determine what matters most. You leave with clear priorities and practical next steps.
About Pizoomi
Pizoomi was founded on a simple observation: independent medical practices are run by talented, dedicated people who are often held back by operational systems that make their work harder than it needs to be.
We bring an operator’s perspective to healthcare operations consulting, grounded in how healthcare actually works. Our approach combines structured observation, operational evidence, and direct input from the people doing the work to identify practical opportunities for improvement.
